How do I replace lost, missing, stolen or non-received bonds (Registered or Bearer)?

If certificate has been lost, please notify Zions in writing. A stop will be placed on our system and also with the Securities Information Center. If the market value of the lost certificate exceeds $1,000.00 a Surety Bond will need to be obtained in order to replace the lost certificate at a cost of approximately 2% of the market value. If the market value is less than $1,000.00 an Indemnity Agreement may be used to replace the certificates. There is a $35.00 processing fee for lost certificate processing. Extra paperwork may be required for filing by the Surety Company if a bearer bond is lost. Send information to:

How may I replace lost or missing checks?

An Indemnity Agreement needs to be signed by the payee(s). This form can be faxed or mailed to the payee, but we require an original signature to be returned to Zions in order to replace the check(s).

May I have my interest directly deposited into my bank account?

Fill out a Direct Deposit Form and return form with original signature to Zions.

What if I do not receive a payment?

If you are a registered bondholder and your certificate is selected for a partial or full call you will be notified in writing.
