Business Interest Checking

This is an ideal account for sole proprietors and eligible non-profits that typically have a limited number of transactions and want to earn interest on their funds:

• Minimum opening balance is only $200!
• Interest is calculated daily based on collected balances
• Interest is credited and compounded monthly
• $12.00 minimum balance fee if minimum daily ledger balance falls below $2,000
• Additional banking service fees based on monthly account activity.
• Monthly e-statement available!

Commercial Analysis Account

We recommend this non-interest bearing checking account for commercial customers who use Treasury Management products.

• Minimum opening balance is only $200!
• Commercial account charges are calculated on a monthly basis by offsetting the cost of the services used with the value of your balances. This process is called `Account Analysis.´ For a complete description, please refer to our separate Account Analysis Statement brochure.
• Monthly maintenance fee is $20.00.

IOLTA Checking

An Interest on Lawyers Trust Account (IOLTA) is an interest bearing checking account for lawyers and law firms to hold their clients' funds.  A Commercial Analysis operating account must be opened in affiliation with this account.

• Minimum opening deposit is only $200!
• $12.00 minimum balance fee if minimum daily ledger balance falls below $2,500.
• Additional banking service fees charged at standard prices.
• Interest is calculated daily based on the collected balance.  Interest is credited and compounded monthly.
• This account is compliant with the product guidelines required by the Texas Equal Access to Justice Foundation.  Interest will be paid to the Texas Equal Access to Justice Foundation, which is currently being challenged in court and could change before the next fee schedule is published.
