Print copies of electronic remittance advice(ERA) data.
Download all information from reports in PDF, Excel, or HIPPA-compliant 4010 X-12 formats (to interface with practice management systems).
Determine status of submitted claims (from participating payer).
Electronically request an updated claim status for any given claim (from participating payer).
Reconcile submitted claims to adjudicated claims.
