Some Blackberry phones may capitalize the first letter. Check your Login ID to assure that the first letter is in the right case. If it is capitalizing the first letter, try entering in the first letter twice when entering your login ID, then going back and delete the first capitalized letter. For example, if your login ID/password is house in all lowercase. The Blackberry will type it in as House. Put in Hhouse and go back and delete the first “H”.
