Amegy offers loans to community development groups and faith-based organizations that work in under served communities. These loans might be used for the construction or expansion of a church, economic development in the community, working capital needs, owner-occupied real estate or almost any project designed to have a positive, long-term effect on the neighborhood.

We can serve as a construction lender for new construction and rehabilitation projects and provide tax-exempt financing, tax-credit financing and Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Program Financing to those who qualify. We also have access to permanent financing through Fannie Mae, HUD and private investors.
