Rapidly growing or newly formed companies in most industries Most business purposes including: Start-up, expansion, equipment purchases, business acquisition, accounts receivable, inventory or owner-occupied real-estate purchases. Permanent working capital Gross loan up to $5,000,000 per loan. Minimum: $100,000 Working Capital: 10 years Furniture, Fixtures, Machinery and Equipment: Term matches Useful Life Real Estate: 20 years Short-term (12 months) or long-term loan (No revolving features).

SBA Express

Established professional and service oriented companies Same business purposes as 7(a) EXCEPT start-ups. May be a Revolving Line of Credit Limited to $350,000 (gross; including any other outstanding Express Loans)Minimum: $25,000 Up to 7 years for Revolving Lines of Credit including term out period. Otherwise, same as Standard 7(a).

Patriot Express

Companies owned by certain Military persons and Veterans Same business purposes as 7(a). Limited to $500,000 (gross; including any other outstanding Express Loans). Same as Express

Export Working Capital Program (EWCP)

Companies involved with international trade, and as a complement to US Exim Bank financing. Raw Material; Finished Goods; Inventory, Working Capital; Manufacturing Costs; Standby Letters of Credit; Foreign Accounts Receivables; Indirect Exports Gross loan amount limited to $5,000,000 per loan. Minimum: $250,000 Up to 36 months (Can be short-term 12 months or less)

SBA 504

Companies seeking long term financing for capital acquisitions Construction and permanent financing for real estate and equipment. $12,500,000 for Regular 504 and Public Policy loans $13,750,000 for Small Manufacturers Minimum $250,000 20 years: Real Estate 10 years: Machinery & Equipment 10-20 years based on weighted average of the useful life of the assets being financed.
