Our new principal and interest payment enhancement for HELOC provides a payment option that consists of both principal and interest during the draw period, so you can expect your monthly payments to be consistent throughout both the draw and repayment periods. This results in you paying less interest over the life of your loan.
Principal and Interest HELOC
  • Interest savings over the life of the loan
  • Required payment consists of both principal and interest for the first 10 years (draw period)
  • The minimum payment is calculated as follows: .30% of principal balance + accrued interest
  • 20-year amortization/repayment period
