How do I sign in to my Digital Banking account on the new site?
When you sign in to Digital Banking through the redesigned website for the first time, you will be asked to use a One Time Passcode, a form of multi-factor authentication. This is done so that we can continue to provide a high level of security to your Digital Banking account. Once you’ve signed in for the first time, you will not have to go through this process again.
Like before, the “Sign In” button is located in the top right corner of every page on the site. Once you click “Sign In,” there will be a new dropdown menu in which you can select the type of account you’re signing in to: Personal, Business, Commercial, or Mortgage. Once you select your account type, you’ll follow the same sign-in process as before to access your account.
Will the changes to the site impact third-party aggregators like Intuit®, QuickBooks®, Plaid®, Yodlee®, or eMoney®?
Yes. With the launch of the new website, the Digital Banking sign-in process will change slightly. This means the external robot scripts maintained by third-party aggregators will be disrupted, which will lead to some downtime while they re-code their scripts.
We’ve provided early notification to these third-party aggregators, so they can begin their re-coding process once we’ve launched the new site in hopes of minimizing downtime. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide timing details as we have no direct control over their activities.
Do these changes affect Digital Banking?
No, our upgrades and enhancements only apply to the front-end of the website. Your Digital Banking experience will remain unchanged.
