To find the nearest bank or ATM, simply type in the address, city, intersection, or zip code in our branch locater tool. From here, you’ll find a list of nearby banks and ATMs, along with their addresses and business hours.

Once you’ve found your branch, you may select “Make Appointment.” From here, you can select the service you’re looking for and choose from a list of bankers who are experienced in that area. Select your date and time, provide your name and email address, and your appointment will be booked. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment for reference. Appointments are not required.

Account Number: To view an account number online, you will need to access your eStatement for the account you would like the account number on. To do this:

• Sign on to your Digital Banking.

• Select the account you would like to view the account number for.

• Select eDocuments.

• Select eStatements/eNotices

• Click View/Download on one of the available statements.

• The account number will display on the statement

To dispute a transaction online, follow these steps:

2. From the Accounts page, select the account associated with the debit card, then click on the transaction in question

3. On the Transaction details page click Dispute Transaction

4. Select the reason for the dispute and provide some dispute details, then click NEXT

5. Verify the dispute information you entered is correct, then click SUBMIT

5. Click the DISPUTE A TRANSACTION button

6. Enter Merchant Name, Transaction Amount, and Transaction Date, then click NEXT

7. Select the reason for the dispute and provide some dispute details, then click NEXT

8. Verify the dispute information you entered is correct, then click SUBMIT

You can view your account eStatements and eNotices online for the life of your active enrolled account (starting January 2016). To do so, log into online banking and click the "Services" tab, then select the item you need.

To request copies of statements older than 2016, select the desired account and click Manage My Account in online banking.

You can view your eTax documents for the past 3 years in online banking. To do so, log into online banking and click the Services tab, then select eTax Documents, and select the year you need (if one was generated).

Business customer enrollment in online wire transfers: Download the wire application and agreement for Business Online Banking, or sign into digital banking and select Transfers and then select wire enrollment located under the transfer money and transfer accounts tab. After downloading the Wire Application and Agreement, submit the completed form during your next visit to the bank, or mail the completed and notarized form to the address provided on the form.

Consumer enrollment in online wire transfers: Sign into Digital Banking, select Transfers and then select Wire Enrollment (located under the Transfer Money and Transfer Accounts tabs). An option to Start Electronic Enrollment is displayed. Complete the electronic enrollment, utilizing DocuSign for the signature on the application.

Completing the Wire after enrollment:

Once enrolled, sign into Digital Banking and select “Transfers”. If using a desktop, select Wire Transfers. If using the ABT mobile banking app, select Transfer Money and then Wire Transfers. Enter the desired Wire Transfer details and click Submit.

To may place a stop payment on a non-Bill Pay, single authorized check, using online banking:

1. Sign on to Digital Banking

2. Select the account the stop payment needs to be placed on.

3. Select Manage Account.

4. Select Stop Payment.

5. Enter the Amount, Check #, and Payee for the Check. There is also an option to select the Reason for the stop payment, if desired.

6. Click Save.

To place stop payments for the following items, please call Customer Support at 800-287-0301.

- Checks issued through Digital Banking Bill Pay

- Report loss or theft of blank checks or a Cashiers check

- Stop payment on a range of checks

- Place a stop on an unauthorized electronic debit

- If you do not have online banking access or would prefer to call for a single authorized check stop payment

Online banking alerts are available to notify you of important account and profile activity. To enroll,

1. Sign on to Digital Banking.

2. Select the Profile Icon in the upper right corner.

3. Select Alert Settings.

4. Click the on/off button to enable or disable each alert

5. To create a customer alert, select the type and click Next to enter the requested information and delivery preferences.

To mobile deposit a check in an eligible account, follow these simple steps:

1. Endorse the back of the check with your signature and add the words “For Mobile Deposit to ABT.”

2. Sign into Mobile Banking, select the PLUS sign then "Check Deposit" from the main menu. Find additional information on our Mobile Banking page.

3. Make sure your check is placed on a dark, well-lit, flat surface. Tap the camera icon in the viewfinder to take the picture.

4. If the preview looks correct, select the checkmark button.

5. After all the required fields are complete, select the "Continue" button.

6. Review your entries and submit your check deposit request.

Note: A device with a rear facing and auto focus camera is required to use the Mobile Check Deposit service.

You may also deposit a check at a branch or by mail.
