1Zions Bancorporation, N.A. acts as an agent when selling money market mutual funds. Although the funds seek to preserve the value of your investment at $1.00 per share, it is possible to lose money by investing in the fund. Money market mutual funds are sold by prospectus only. Before investing, you should carefully read the prospectus and consider the fund's investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses.
2The Bank may retain a portion of the dividends paid by the money market mutual fund as a fee for the administration of the sweep program (a “Spread”). The money market mutual fund yield and the Spread retained by the Bank are calculated on a daily basis and paid monthly. If the money market mutual fund yield paid by the fund company drops below the Spread amount disclosed above on any given day, then the Bank will accordingly reduce its Spread taken that day so the client’s principal investment is not negatively impacted. The performance of the money market mutual fund, as reported by the fund company, does not reflect the deduction of the Spread taken by the Bank; if it were reflected, the Spread would reduce the performance reported by the fund company. The Bank will notify the client of any change to the Spread or Monthly Sweep Fee with a minimum of 30 days’ advance written notice.
3The Bank may receive fees for marketing, distribution and/or shareholding servicing services with respect to the Money Market Mutual Fund in which the client may invest. The funds may offer different classes of shares (‘Share Class”), which are described in separate prospectuses. Certain classes of shares of the Money Market Mutual Fund may make annual payments to the Bank pursuant to Investment Company Act Rule 12b-1 for advertising and marketing expenses related to the shares, and for providing account services and maintenance. Refer to a current Money Market Mutual Fund prospectus for additional information on fees and expenses.
Note: The Bank will take either a spread or receive a 12b-1 fee depending on the Share Class for each account.
