How the awards are determined
These awards are based on approximately 15,000 market research interviews with businesses nationwide, resulting in the evaluation of more than 500 banks, of which 46 were recognized with measurable distinctive quality.
Crisil Coalition Greenwich surveyed areas such as perceptions of overall satisfaction, values long-term relationships, trustworthiness, product capabilities and quality of advice to help the customer’s business grow.
