Important Updates
to Direct Connect

We recommend Direct Connect users switch to a supported connection method — Express Web Connect (recommended) or Web Connect (manual download) — before October 30, 2026, to avoid interruptions in transaction downloads.

New enrollments for Direct Connect will end April 30, 2026, but existing users may continue using the service until it is discontinued.

After October 30, 2026, transaction downloads through Direct Connect will no longer be available. If no action is taken, your accounts will stop updating automatically through Direct Connect. To continue downloading transactions, you’ll need to switch to a supported connection method, such as Express Web Connect or Web Connect before that date.

Direct Connect links your Quicken^® and QuickBooks^® financial management software (“Software”) directly with your Amegy Bank accounts, allowing you to download transaction activity, initiate transfers between accounts and pay bills using the Software’s bill pay feature.

Direct Connect is offered separately from Digital Banking. However, you must first enroll in Digital Banking to set up or enroll in Direct Connect. In Direct Connect we can (i) properly identity you; (ii) capture your Direct Connect selections, such as designating the accounts you wish to link to your Software, or select features you wish to use (e.g. Direct Connect with Bill Pay); and (iii) provide you with your Direct Connect Customer ID and temporary password to link your accounts with Quicken^® or QuickBooks^®.

Enrollment in Digital Banking will not automatically suppress paper statements. For details on how to “Go Paperless,” please see your Digital Banking Services Agreement. To make changes to your Direct Connect service after completing your enrollment, please contact the Customer Care Center. See your Direct Connect Service Agreement for details.

All supported versions of Quicken^® and QuickBooks^® can use Direct Connect. Support for importing transactions typically only goes back three years.

The routing number is 113011258. Your Customer ID was provided to you at the time of enrollment. If you have forgotten or misplaced this info, please call us at 888-500-2960, Mon - Sat, 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. CT.

The information in Direct Connect is updated every morning with activity from the previous day. Transactions can be downloaded Tuesday–Saturday. Direct Connect will only download items posted to accounts and won't show any pending items.

The monthly fees for Consumer and Business Direct Connect include the optional Bill Pay service, which allows you to make an unlimited number of bill payments at no additional cost. Software for Direct Connect is not provided by Amegy Bank and must be purchased prior to using this service.
