These awards are based on 25,000 market research interviews with businesses nationwide, resulting in the evaluation of more than 500 banks, of which 41 were recognized with measurable distinctive quality. Coalition Greenwich surveyed areas such as perceptions of overall satisfaction, values long-term relationships, trustworthiness, product capabilities, and quality of advisory capabilities to help the customer’s business grow.
