Every year, we hire rising senior undergraduate and graduate students for our 10-week long Summer Internship Program. Summer internships begin in early June and conclude in early August. All internships are full-time, paid opportunities located in our Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, and San Antonio markets.
Amegy Bank’s Summer Internship Program is designed to provide college students with an opportunity to gain knowledge, experience, and exposure in the banking industry. It gives students the chance to experience hands-on work as a member of one of our lending departments, professional development and training sessions, volunteer opportunities, and networking opportunities and presentations from company leaders. From engaging in special projects to collaborating with executives, students will leave with a sense of energy and excitement about the banking industry.

Our 2026 Summer Internship Program will begin on June 1, 2026, and conclude on August 7, 2026. Applications will be open in late August through late September. To be considered, please apply no later than Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2025. If you are selected to proceed with our recruiting process, one of our team members will reach out to schedule a virtual interview between mid-October and late-November.
