Digital Wire Transfers

The agreement can be found in Digital Banking. Look under the Transfers menu, then click on Wires Enrollment under Transfers Tools. The Wire Applications for both Personal and Business Online Banking is also located in the Agreement Center of the bank website.

Wire transfer payments in Digital Banking are available to both consumers and small business banking customers.

To enable wire transfers in Digital Banking, you'll need to complete a Digital Wires Application. You can apply using the electronic enrollment option in Digital Banking or download and complete the “Wire Application and Agreement for Digital Banking” and take it to any of our branch locations.  This is a separate agreement specifically for Digital Banking Wires.

Digital Banking uses One Time Passcodes (OTP) in authenticating a customer's identity.  Step-Up Authentication uses OTP as the mechanism for customers to validate their high-risk transactions (e.g., wire transfers, money transfers to external accounts, unknown device or questionable IP address is detected, change in behavior, and when transactions exceed consumer-designated or bank-designated threshold limits).

Domestic wire transfers (i.e., wires that are sent from one location within the US to a different location in the US) are available in Online Banking. To make an International (outside the US) wire transfer, you need to visit a branch location or call the Central Wires department. To call Central Wires, you will need to have a Wire Transfer Agreement already in place.

Transmission of Federal Tax Wire Payments isn't permitted through Online Banking. To make a Federal Wires payment, you need to visit a branch location or call our Central Wires department. Business customers have the option to enroll in ACH Direct Deposit and Tax Payments as an alternative method of payment.

Once the bank has received your “Wire Application for Digital Banking” form, allow two business days for processing. Once processing is completed and you have been approved, you'll have access to the wires functionality within Digital Banking. All Digital Banking wires are subject to the terms and conditions attached to that Wire Application.

There is no limit to the number of wires you can make through Digital Banking. Transfer dollar limits do apply.

If applying through Digital Banking Electronic Enrollment you can set a transfer amount for up to $150,000 per day. If you need to transfer more, you'll need to print and complete the application and take it to any of our branch locations and sign it there. Yes, you have the option to set lower limits. To do this, simply specify a lower limit when completing your “Wire Application for Online Banking.” A new Wire Application is needed if you wish to change an existing limit.

The standard wire transfer fee that has been disclosed to you in connection with the deposit account you'll be using will also apply to wires transfers made using Online Banking. (Note: lower fees or fee waivers applicable to certain accounts or relationships may not apply to wires originated through Digital Banking.)

Wire transfer functionality can be found in Online Banking under the Transfers tab. If this functionality is not enabled, you'll see a Wire Application link under Transfer Tools.

An existing agreement for sending wires by other means (e.g. calling Central Wires) will remain in place for those wires, but the Wire Agreement for Digital Banking will govern any wires you send via Digital Banking. To enable the wire functionality in Digital Banking, you'll need to download and complete the Wire Application for Online Banking. Then, submit by mail or take it to any of our convenient branch locations.
