Send Payments in 4 Simple Steps


Set Up Your Account

Create a Deluxe Payment Exchange account and link your bank account(s) to the platform.


Input the Details

Enter your payment details, remittance data, and attachments directly into the platform. Upload a file, or if using an eCheck, use the Quickbooks® connection.


Choose Your Payment Type

Select eCheck if you’d like to send an electronic check or Print+Mail for Deluxe Payment Exchange to send a printed check to the recipient.


Let Us Take it From There

If using an eCheck, your recipient will be notified of payment via email. They can view the remittance data and choose their deposit method, either electronically or printed. If using Print+Mail, your recipient will receive their check with remittance data in the mail.
