Our Philosophy
Amegy Bank donates more than a million dollars annually as part of its mission to support the communities where we do business. These contributions benefit a wide variety of organizations in the areas of education, community development, arts, diversity, health and human services, affordable housing, economic development, and city livability.
Beyond the dollars, Amegy Bank colleagues organize several internal bank-wide campaigns each year, encouraging employee participation through volunteer and fundraising activities which raise funding and awareness for a variety of causes and organizations in the community.
Employee Volunteerism

Through our volunteer program, colleagues are given the opportunity to give back to their community during business hours at the nonprofit organization of their choice. Amegy Bank regularly coordinates volunteer opportunities for colleagues and family members, including food drives, blood drives, community volunteer days, financial literacy education events, and more.
